Obiteljska kuca obitelji Marjanović smještena je u općini Rakovica, odnosno u naselju Grabovac oko 300 m od raskrižja glavne magistralne prometnice Zagreb-Split u pravcu Bihaća, 8 km prije Plitvičkih jezera.

Kuca je okružena šumskim dijelovima za uživanje i odmoru miru i zelenilu. Sedam kilometara od kuće nalaze se i Baraćeve spilje sa bogatstvom tajanstvenog svijeta krškog podzemlja koje na godinu posjeti više od pet tisuća turista. U neposrednoj blizini nalazi se nekoliko restorana sa odličnom ugostiteljskom ponudom.

Smještajni kapaciteti su dvije dvokrevetne i jedna trokrevetna soba s kupaonicama.

  Welcome to a family house Marjanović! Our home is located in commune of Rakovica, on the adress Grabovac 196. The place Grabovac is 8 km away from the National park Plitvice lakes. If you turn from the main road (Split-Zagreb) in direction ( cross-road) leading to Bihac (Bosnia and Hercegovina), after 300 m you will find a beautifull woody lanscape that surrounds our house. We offer you a 2 double bedrooms plus one triple bedroom with bathrooms. You will spend a peacefull night in our home, and during the day you could visit two very interesting and famuos turist destinations. One is a National park Plitvice lakes ( 8 km distance) and the other one are the Barac¨s caves ( 7 km distance), which are a treasury of stalagmites, stalaktites and stalagnates, underground sculptures made by the patient and long-l asting work of water. Also, there are few very good restaurants with high qualitat offer nearby. It would be our pleasure to make your vacation comfortable!
  Willkommen in unserem Haus der Familie Marjanovic.Unsere Anschrift lautet: Grabovac 196 im Landkreis Rakovica. Der Ort Grabovac ist ca. 8 km vom Nationalpark Plitvice Seen (Weltkulturerbe!) entfernt. Sie finden uns leicht, wenn Sie von der Hauptstrasse Split-Zagreb Richtung Bihac (Bosnien und Hercegovina) fahren. Nach ca. 300 m biegen Sie links ab - danach das 2 Haus rechts; nun sind Sie an ihrem Feriendomizil angekommen. Wir bieten 2 Doppelbett-Schlafzimmer plus ein 3-Bett schlafzimmer mit Bad an.Unser Haus liegt sehr ruhig, d.h. Sie verbringen ungestoerte, ruhige Naechte. Tagsueber finden Sie in unserer Umgebung zwei sehr interessante, touristische Ziele: Das erste ist die "Barac"-Hoehle - es handelt sich hier um eine Tropfsteinhoehle,welche ca. 7 km von uns entfernt ist. Ihr zweites Ziel werden dann aber die Plitvicer seen -vermutlich der Hoehepunkt Ihres Urlaubes - sein. Sie liegen ca. 8 km von uns entfernt und ihr Besuch ist unbedingt zu empfehlen! Es wird unter Garantie ein unvergeßliches Erlebnis werden. Zu erwaehnen ist noch, dass das Restaurantangebot in unserer Gegend qualitativ hochwertig und reichhaltig ist. Selbstverstaendlich bieten wir Ihnen auf Wunsch auch ein reichhaltiges Fruehstueck an! Wir wuerden uns sehr freuen, wenn wir Sie bei uns als Gaeste begruessen koennten!
